The Guillemot family has been making wine in Savigny-lès Beaune for the last couple of hundred years or so, currently in their eighth generation. One of the top couple of domaines in this important but still undervalued commune, their wines are a terrific value in a market where prices in the Côte d'Or have been doubling and more over the last decade or so of often difficult vintages.
